Terms and Conditions
By using this website and making a purchase, you agree to our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time.

Accuracy / Descriptions / Corrections
Care has been taken to ensure that the products and descriptions are accurate and up to date, but there may be errors or omissions. We reserve the right to make any necessary corrections at any time.

Stock availability / orders
Quantities of much of our product varies according to harvest conditions, packaging availability, etc. You will be advised if for any reason we cannot fulfil your order and the purchase price of the item in question will be refunded. We reserve the right not to accept an order if, in our opinion (acting reasonably), the order is unacceptable, or the product is not currently available.

Best before dates
All our food items will have best before dates within which if stored appropriately they should continue to be fit for use. Please note that the ‘best before’ is an optimal recommendation for the user, it is not a ‘use by’ date.

Pricing & Postage costs
Our on-line pricing is the same as our prices offered to customers at the Capital Region Farmers Market in Canberra, with a component for postage added through an Australia Post automatic calculator. Once COVID-19 restrictions are lifted, more flexible arrangements for delivery or click and collect will be available.

Payment options
Preferred method of payment: EFT. Or by phone or email: Visa, MasterCard or American Express. If by EFT please ensure we can identify you and your order.

Goods and services tax
GST only applies to our skincare products. It does not apply to food products.

Delivery / dispatch
Subject to stock availability and normal preparation times we will endeavour to quickly dispatch an order by Australia Post, ideally within a few business days of receiving the order.

Damaged products
Should your order get broken in transit we can arrange a replacement. If this happens, please make sure you take a photo and send it to us so we can understand what went wrong. In the first instance it is recommended that you phone or email us.

Cancelling an order
You can cancel your online order provided it has not already been dispatched.

Refund/Returns Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 7 days of receipt, subject to it being unused, each product unopened, still in its original package and it arrives back with us in the same condition that you received it.

All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by you and ideally it should be tracked in transit and insured. Subject the above, a refund can then be processed. In the first instance it is recommended that you phone or email us.

Change of mind returns
We do not ‘offer change of mind refunds’ and returns

Privacy / Security
Credit card or other information provided by customers will not be stored or used for any purpose other than a specific purchase. Any data you provide will be kept confidential and not shared with other parties.

This site may contain links to other websites operated, controlled or produced by third parties. We do not control, endorse, sponsor or approve any such third-party websites or their content nor take any responsibility whatsoever for any aspect of those websites or their content.
